Beach Road Wines have a duty of care to staff and customers at all times. This duty of care includes protection against hot weather and catastrophic fire danger. We are an alfresco dining venue, unable to aircondition our verandah. We use misting and normal fans. On days 36 and above, our venue is not suitable to the elderly, pregnant, or very young.
Hot Weather
On days forecast to be 36 or above, Beach Road Winery and Restaurant reserve the right to close our venue. All bookings will be notified in advance and any deposit returned to the customer. Any prepaid events will discuss options to reschedule your booking.
Catastrophic Fire Day
In the event that the CFS declare a Catastrophic Fire Day for the Mount Lofty Fire Ban District, we will be CLOSED for the interest of safety.
ALL bookings will be notified at least 24 hours before & refunds will be given on all deposits/ payments.
